Description

Wolmer Farmhouse is a 17th and early 18th century house with later additions. The original section is timber-framed with whitewashed brick infill and a plain tile roof, half-hipped at the front. It is one storey high with an attic. The front of the original bay features 20th-century, three-light, barred wooden casements on the left, a 20th-century boarded door with flanking single lights to the right, all sheltered by a flat wooden hood supported on brackets. A small single light sits above the door. A gabled dormer window is visible on the left side. A 19th-century bay, built of whitewashed brick with timbering, extends to the right, featuring an old tile roof, a brick chimney, and three-light wooden casements. A rendered and whitewashed rear wing has an old tile roof, a 20th-century ground-floor casement, and a gabled loft door above. The interior has been altered.
