Description

Regency Cottage is a mid-19th century cottage that has been altered and features an early 20th-century east bay. It is constructed of chequer brick and has an old tile roof. The original part of the cottage consists of two bays, with the two-storey east bay added later. The right bay has a relocated six-panel door topped with a flat hood supported by brackets. A round window has replaced the central door, and there are two-light horizontal sliding sashes throughout. The left bay features two-light casements on the ground floor and a gable stack. The cottage is listed for its group value.
