Description
This small barn, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century, is located adjacent to the east of the dovecote at Gate Cottage. It has been refurbished in the 20th century and features a timber frame with a weatherboard front, while the rest is constructed of brick. The barn has a half-hipped tile roof and consists of four bays. It includes wooden windows, some of which are glazed, and the second bay has an open cart entry. The barn is included for its group value with the nearby dovecote.
