Description

This is an early to mid-19th century house located on Wycombe Road, Princes Risborough. It is a two-storey building with a whitewashed render exterior and a slate roof, featuring a chimney on the left side. The original design comprised two narrow bays facing the front, with four-pane sash windows; the ground-floor windows have segmental heads. A 20th-century glazed porch with a lean-to slate roof now shelters the central half-glazed front door. A similar wing extends to the rear. The house is included in the listing primarily for its group value within the surrounding area.
