House, formerly 3 cottages. C17, C18. Witchert on a rubblestone plinth, colourwashed and rendered. Thatched roofs with half-hipped gables. Letter L plan, 2 bay south range, 3 bay east range. 1½ storeys. South range C17 with central door blocked by single light casement. Left hand 2-light leaded casement, right hand 3-light timber casement. Eaves dormer above. Left hand eaves dormer has 3 leaded lights. Central stack of old thin bricks, formerly a lobby entry plan house. Left gable has right hand 2-light casements and 3-light to left. Rear has door in angle with east range under tiled hood, 2-light casements, 1 dormer. East range has left hand door on west elevation and 5 casement windows, mostly 2-light. Two 2-light eaves dormers. Stack between south bays. Rear or east elevation has board door in front of stack. 4 ground floor windows and 2 eaves dormers. One window on west elevation has hood mould. Weatherboard north gable.
