Description

A 17th-century timber-framed cottage and former barn, known as Sots Hole, located off Bates Lane in Weston Turville and now converted into cottages. The eastern bay of the structure has white painted brick infill, while the two southwestern bays feature renewed white painted weatherboarding. The roof is thatched, with half-hipped ends and two large projecting dormers on the south side and three eaves dormers on the north. A brick chimney is situated to the left of the center. The building is two storeys high and features 20th-century doors and leaded casement windows.
