Description

Hole Cottage is a 16th-century cottage located on Portsmouth Road in Thursley. It features a timber frame set on a rendered plinth, with whitewashed render and rubblestone infill below. The upper section is tile hung in a scalloped pattern, and the roof is plain tiled, hipped with a gablet on the right side. The cottage has two storeys and an end stack on the left. There are three casement windows on both the first and ground floors. Additionally, there is a stable-style door leading to a rubblestone wing that is positioned at right angles to the main house and projects to the left.
