Cottage. C16 with C19 aterations. Timber framed on rubblestone and render plinth, galleted rubblestone cladding with brick quoins and dressings below, tile hung above. Centre band of fishscale tiling. Plain tiled roof half hipped to right with ridge stack to right of centre. 2 storeys, two C19 casements on first floor, 3 casements below. Pointed arched door to right of centre under tiled pent porch roof on brackets. Catslide extension to rear left, wing at right angles to rear right.

Interior: timber frame visible.
