Description

Robin Hill is a hall house dating from the early 16th century, which was restored in the 20th century. The building is timber framed and stands on a brown brick underbuild, with only the main posts exposed. The upper part is covered in tile hanging, topped by a steeply pitched, plain tiled roof, hipped with end gablets. The house has two storeys, with a large, multiple stack to the right of centre and end stacks to the left and right. There is one first-floor casement window to the left, two through-eaves, hipped-roof dormers to the centre and right, and four windows across the ground floor. A gabled porch shelters the door to the left of centre, and a small ground floor window is located in a pentice catslide extension to the right end.
