Description

This barn, located approximately 10 meters southwest of The Old Grange, dates back to 1793, as indicated by the inscription "IW 1793" on one of the beams. It features a timber frame and weatherboard exterior, with a brick plinth and some rubble stone. The roof is covered with old tiles. The barn consists of six bays, with gabled projecting cart entries in the second and fifth bays on the northeast side, each equipped with double board doors opposite. Inside, there are curved principal trusses with slightly curved braces supporting the tie beams. Notably, there is a sauna located in the northwest bay.
