Description

This is a 17th-century house located on Ascott Lane in Princes Risborough. It features a timber frame with whitewashed brick and plaster infill, topped by a half-hipped thatch roof. There are two chimney stacks: an external rendered one on the right and a brick one in the center. The house is 1½ storeys high and consists of 2½ bays. The full bays have 20th-century single and paired leaded casement windows, with those in the upper storey also featuring thatch. There are two board doors. To the left, there is a half bay where the thatch roof sweeps down over a lean-to in front, and the left gable is covered in weatherboarding. At the rear of the half bay, there is a 20th-century extension, while the full bays have a lean-to at the back and a small 20th-century lobby at the right end.
