House with adjoining cottage and byres. House has inscription on panel: "Rebuilt 1833 I.S.S.". Cottage, now incorporated into house, probably C18; byres adjoining house added mid/late C19. Cottage limewashed rubble; house and byres coursed squared rubble, with rusticated quoins to house. Graduated slate roofs, with copings and kneelers to house. 2 storeys. lower 2-bay cottage has panelled door, in doorcase with segmental pediment; small fixed window above and sash to each floor on right. 3-bay house has 2 windows to each floor with oval central panel on band between floors. Byres adjoin to right; byre entrances to rear. Stone end chimneys to house, weather vane on gable end of byre range.
