Description

Rivercroft Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century, with later additions. A gable wall tie is dated 1670. The house is constructed of brick, flint, and rubble, with parts whitewashed. It has a steeply-pitched reed-thatched roof. The house is two storeys high with an irregular arrangement of windows, featuring 19th and 20th century casements. An entrance door and chimney stack are positioned off-centre. The west gable has a parapet. Two single-storey wings with pantiled roofs extend from the east side of the house.
