The exterior features plain and fish-scale tile hanging in bands, along with a moulded cornice at the parapet. The roof is a slate mansard style with end stacks and two flat-headed dormers. The building has three storeys, attics, and a basement. On the second floor, there are two segment-sash windows without glazing bars. The first floor has a central rectangular bay with a moulded cornice and a leaded roof, supported by brackets above the entrance.
