Description
No. 60 High Street is a house that has been converted into a shop. It dates from the mid-18th century and was altered in the mid-19th century. The building is constructed of red brick, featuring red brick window dressings. It has a moulded wooden eaves cornice beneath a plain tiled roof, which has a central stack at the rear. The building stands three storeys tall and has a regular three-window front, with sash windows that have shallow segmental gauged heads. The ground floor features a late 19th-century shop front with a deep fascia above and central inset double-glazed doors. To the right, there is a six-panel recessed door with a transom light above.
