Description

The stables, now used as a garage and store, were built in the early 19th century. They have brick walls and a tiled roof. The south side of the building is symmetrical, featuring three bays separated by pilasters. In the center, there is a hayloft door above a cambered opening, which is a former doorway that has been blocked. This is flanked by arched panels that contain semi-circular windows. The north side, which faces the courtyard, displays vernacular features and includes a garage door. The stables are included for their group value with Jervis Lodge.
