Description

The Old Cottage is a 17th-century cottage with 18th-century extensions and recladding. It features walls of painted brickwork, with exposed timber framing in the central upper part. The roof is tiled, hipped at the west end and half-hipped at the east. The north front has two storeys and two windows, with casements on the ground floor that have mid-19th-century cast-iron frames. There is a boarded door in a plain frame, topped with a tiled hood.
