Cottage. C17 timber frame with mid C19 recladding and features. Exposed bricknogged frame, west front of brickwork, south-side outshot boarded. Thatch roof, half-hipped at the north end, hipped at the south, eyebrow dormer. One storey and attic, one above two windows. Casements, metal frames of early and later date. Boarded door in a solid frame.
