Description
Meadow Cottage is a cottage that dates back to the 17th century but was re-fronted in the 18th century. It has a timber frame that is encased in brickwork featuring blue headers, topped with an old plain tile roof. The entrance includes an early 19th-century four-panel door that is top-lit and set within a segmental arch, with a baffle entry located to the left of the center. On either side of the door, there are wide two-light casement windows with segmental heads. To the right, there are 19th-century glazed double doors that are sheltered by a flat-roofed timber lattice porch. The first floor features three two-light casements. The roof is hipped and has a two-flued ridge stack positioned to the left of the center and another stack on the right hip.
