Description

The Blackman tomb, located 8 yards south of the Church of St John the Baptist, is a chest tomb dated 1779. It is made of dressed stone and features a moulded plinth with panelled corners and a corniced lid. The tomb is inscribed to Rebecca Blackman, who died in 1779.
