Stuccoed with moulded wooden eaves cornice to plain tiled roof with end stack to left and flat-headed dormer in centre. 2 storeys and attic; 2 window front, margin light sashes on first floor, to right in small canted bay on moulded soffit. Single shopfront on ground floor to right with panelled door in centre and transom-light, all under modillion cornice, segment-headed doorway to left with boarded door.
