Description

Soberton Mill House is a house dating from the early 18th century, with significant additions made around 1900 that match the original style. The building features brick walls laid in Flemish bond with blue headers, a plinth, and a band at the first floor. It has a tiled roof and plaster coved eaves. The symmetrical front facing southwest is two storeys high with three windows, while there is a northwest wing that is one storey with an attic and one window. The windows are modern casements, and there is a 20th-century brick porch with a classical doorframe.
