Description

No 13 Western Road is an early 19th-century cottage constructed with black glazed mathematical tiles and featuring even quoins. The building has a plain tiled roof with an end stack on the left side. It stands two storeys high, with an irregular arrangement of windows: two on the first floor and one on the ground floor, all of which are sash windows. There is a half-glazed door located on the left return side of the cottage.
