Description

No 14 East Street is a cottage featuring mathematical tiles and a slate roof, with a stack positioned to the right and a wide flat-headed dormer. The building has two storeys and an attic, presenting a single window front. On the first floor, there is a canted oriel bay with a moulded soffit, while the ground floor has a tripartite sash window. To the left, there is a panelled door with a transom light above, set within an architrave surround topped with a flat cornice hood. This cottage is included for its group value.
