Description

The Spain is an early 18th century cottage of two storeys and three irregular windows. The roof is steeply pitched and tiled, with a renewed chimney on the right-hand side. The walls are limewashed brick. The windows are renewed casements with glazing bars, and those on the ground floor are set within segmental brick arches. A renewed door is set within a similar frame. Modern louvred shutters are fitted to the ground floor windows.
