Description

This is an 18th-century house, likely built in the early to mid-1700s, with five windows across two storeys. It has a steeply pitched tiled roof. The front facade is built of grey brick with red brick detailing. A brick dentil cornice runs along the top of the front elevation, and the base has a rendered plinth. The windows are replacement recessed sash windows. The front door is a six-panel door set within a panelled surround with a moulded architrave and a flat hood supported by cut brackets. The house forms a group with the adjacent Coach House and numbers 5 to 9 (odd). It possesses group value as a well-preserved example of its period.
