Description

SK 09 SW PARISH OF CHARLESWORTH MAIN STREET 9/5 Chunal (A624) (West Side) Barn to the south of Shepley Farmhouse. GV II

Barn. C18 with later alterations. Coursed rubble gritstone with stone slate roof. The side walls were raised and the pitch of the roof lowered in C19. North elevation with irregular later openings including a full height cart entrance with quoins. Inside one cruck truss with later tie beams and one upper cruck truss.
