Description

PARISH OF ROWSLEY BAKEWELL ROAD SK 26 NE 5/170 (South Side) 12.7.67 Sycamore Cottage and Vicarage Cottage (formerly listed as Mill House) GV II Pair of cottages. C17, C18 and C19. Coursed squared sandstone with sandstone dressings and quoins. Welsh slate roof with one stone ridge stack. Two storeys. North west elevation of six irregular bays. 2-light square section flush mullion window, to the right again a 2-light square section flush mullion window, a C20 window set in a former doorway and a 3-light recessed and chamfered mullion window. The first floor has two 2-light square section flush mullion windows and a 3-light recessed and chamfered mullion window. Included for group value only.
