This barn, located north of Flat Stiles House, dates from the late 18th century. It is constructed from rubble limestone with sandstone dressings and features a plain tile roof with stone coped gables and plain kneelers. The barn stands two storeys high and has gable ends that include arrow-slit ventilation holes and irregular projecting stones. Inside, there are 19th-century stable fittings at the east end, and the roof is a plain queen post design.
