Description

Lode House is a farmhouse built in the mid-19th century. It features coursed and squared rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings. The roof is made of clay tiles and has coped verges, along with end stacks also constructed from coursed and squared rubble. The house has two storeys and a gable-lit attic, with three windows that are glazing bar sashes, each with straight dripstones above them. The central entrance consists of a panelled door topped by a narrow over-light and a bracketed hood.
