Description

Viators Bridge is a bridge dating from the 17th century or earlier. It is constructed of coursed rubble limestone with squared stone at the base. The bridge features two segmental arches with a dripmould above and triangular cut waters. The upper walls are splayed at each end and have rough curved copings. This bridge is known to be associated with Isaak Walton and Charles Cotton.
