Description

Lode Mill House is a house dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of rendered limestone rubble with hammer-dressed ashlar quoins at the corners, which are painted. The house features coursed and squared rubble integral end stacks and has a clay tile roof with coped verges. It is two storeys high and has three windows, which are 20-pane glazing bar sashes with painted stone surrounds. The central entrance has a 20th-century partly glazed door topped with a flat hood.
