Description

Lode Mill Bridge is an 18th-century bridge constructed from coursed limestone rubble, featuring gritstone ashlar coping on the parapet. It has a single semi-elliptical arch that spans the River Dove. The parapet rises to a point in the center and is terminated at each end by square piers topped with pyramidal caps.
