Description
This is a milepost dating from the late 18th century, located 300 yards north of the Holly Bush Inn. It is made of stone and has a wedge shape with a rounded top. The north face of the milepost indicates a distance of 8 miles to Bakewell, while the south face shows a distance of 9 miles to Ashbourne.
