Farmhouse. Mid-C19. Coursed limestone with gritstone dressings. Plain tile roof with brick gable end stacks and stone coped gables with kneelers. Two and a half storeys. South elevation, three bays. Central doorway with massive stone lintel and quoins. Half-glazed C19 door. Flanked on each side by 2-light square section flush mullion windows with C20 top hung casements. Two similar windows above. Attic storey with a central 4-light square sectioned flush mullion window, with thicker central mullion,
