Description

The garden terraces, walls, and entrance gates were built around 1905 by Sir Walter Tapper. They are constructed from rubble limestone with gritstone dressings. The terraces feature drystone retaining walls topped with flat copings, which extend to the road. The gate piers are adorned with ball finials, and there are cross walls present. The entrance gates are made of wrought iron and are designed in an 18th-century style.
