Tithe Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed from rendered limestone rubble, featuring gritstone flush dressings and quoins. The building has a plain tile roof and two rendered gable end stacks. It is double fronted and consists of three storeys. On the ground floor, there are glazing bar sash windows on either side of a projecting 20th-century porch. Above, there are three similar glazing bar sashes, with three smaller sashes located above them at the eaves.
