It features a hipped and gabled pantile roof, which has stone coped gables and kneelers, along with two gable and one ridge brick stacks. The building is designed in an L-shape and has two storeys with a three-bay front. The eaves course is corbelled out in brick. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed door, which is flanked by single glazing bar sash windows. On the first floor, there are three glazing bar sash windows. All openings are topped with segmental brick heads.
