Description

Longcliffe Station is a railway station built around 1830. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble, featuring gritstone quoins and dressings. The building has a plain tile roof with large overhanging eaves and is rectangular in shape, consisting of a single storey. The central double doors are set within a massive quoin surround. The station is listed for its historic interest as part of the Cromford and High Peak Railway.
