Description
New Inn Cottages are three cottages built in the late 18th century. They are constructed from coursed sandstone rubble with irregular quoins and feature a pantile roof with brick stacks. The cottages are two stories high and have a three-window front, with the gable end facing the street.
On the left side of the center, there are paired 20th-century doors beneath a continuous timber lintel, flanked by 20-pane sash windows. To the right of the center, there is a boarded door with a timber lintel and a 20-pane sash window at the far right. The first floor has three similar windows, all with stone sills. The gables are coped, and there are stacks at both the left and right ends of the building. The cottages were unoccupied at the time of the resurvey.
