SE 98 NE SUTTON-CUM-EVERLEY KELD RUNNELS ROAD (north-west side) Everley 6/61 Keld Runnels Farmhouse -

Farmhouse, incorporating former outbuilding. Late C18 with C19 alterations. Coursed rubble sandstone. Pantile roof. 1 stone, 2 brick stacks, 1 rebuilt. Central stairhall plan, one and a half rooms deep, extended into outbuilding to right. One and a half storey, symmetrical front. Central 4-panel door with rectangular fanlight. 4-pane casements to ground floor and extension. 2 half- dormers with 4-pane pointed sashes, pierced and scalloped bargeboards with finials above. All ground floor openings have heavy stone lintels. Rear: 2-light horizontal sliding sashes with glazing bars survive, the lower one with voussoirs. Coped gables with plain kneelers and end stacks.
