Description

Northfield Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed of squared sandstone with a pantile roof and rebuilt brick stacks. The building features a central stairhall plan and is two rooms deep, presenting a symmetrical three-window front. The central door is topped with a rectangular fanlight. Throughout the facade, there are 16-pane sash windows with stone sills, and all openings have plain dressed lintels. The ground floor windows are taller than those on the upper floor. The farmhouse has quoined window openings and corners, with coped gables, plain kneelers, and end stacks.
