Description

This is a house located at 23 Bondgate, built in the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed from limestone and sandstone rubble, topped with a pantile roof and featuring brick stacks. The house has a central through-passage and a two-cell plan, with two storeys and two windows on the first floor. The entrance includes a 20th-century half-glazed door with a wooden lintel, flanked by two three-light Yorkshire sash windows. On the first floor, there are also three-light Yorkshire sash windows. The building has channelled lintels and stone sills throughout, and it features end stacks.
