Description

House at 27 Ryegate, built in the first half of the 18th century, has had some alterations in the 20th century. It is constructed of limestone rubble with a pantile roof and features brick stacks. The left end has a through-passage. The building is two storeys tall and has two first-floor windows. There is a 20th-century half-glazed door with a three-light Yorkshire sash window and a wooden lintel to the right. On the first floor, there are three-light Yorkshire sash windows. The roof is steeply pitched and swept, with a ridge stack located to the right.
