Description
Shaw Moor Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with a pantile roof and brick stacks. The house is arranged around a central hallway entrance with a service wing to the rear. It is two storeys high and has three windows on the first floor. A 20th-century half-glazed door, set beneath a stone lintel, is flanked by two two-light Yorkshire sash windows on the ground floor; a casement window sits above the door, flanked by further two-light Yorkshire sash windows on the first floor. The roof sweeps upwards, with gable coping and shaped kneelers. End stacks are present.
