Description

Nos 3 and 4 Boathouse Yard is a house that has been converted into two dwellings. It dates from the early 19th century, although it may have an older core. The building features rendered walls and a pantiled roof. It is two storeys high and has three windows with 19th-century sash frames. There are two modern doors at the front. The rear elevation is incised and rendered, with a small window. Inside No 4, a chamfered beam is visible.
