Description

Venus Cottage is a house dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed stone and features a pantiled roof. The building has three storeys and a basement, with two windows that have later 19th-century segment-headed sashes without glazing bars. There are two steps leading up to a replaced door that includes an oblong fanlight. To the right, there is a passage arch.
