The building stands three storeys high with a basement and features one wide bay. Each floor has a modern cross casement window. There are three steps leading up to a modern door, which is topped by an oblong fanlight and is sheltered by a pedimented wooden hood supported by brackets. Additionally, there is a small door leading to the basement. This house is included for its group value with the adjacent houses.
