Description

The Watch House is a cottage from the early 19th century, rendered and likely built on a stone base. The roof has been renewed with large clay pantiles. The building is two storeys high, featuring one bay on the front and two bays on the gable end. It has 19th-century sash windows set under stone lintels, with the ground floor windows in splayed reveals, along with a modern part-glazed door. The Watch House is included as part of the Boathouse Yard group.
