Description

Glen Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage located in Upper Canterton, Minstead. It is constructed from rendered cob and features a thatched roof with brick stacks and a weatherboarded lean-to. The cottage is two storeys high and has two bays, with the lean-to situated at one end. The front of the building includes a central gabled weatherboarded porch, and on each side of both floors, there are two-light casement windows. The end stacks are prominent, and the lean-to is located on the right-hand side. This cottage is an example of an unaltered forest cottage.
